Our School Visit

We are going to The World Museum in Liverpool on Friday 27th June. Donations need to be £5 each - this covers half of the cost of the coach. We will be having a hands on session about habitats and food chains, visiting the planetarium as well as taking part in a space trail. There will also be some time for us to explore some of the other floors in the museum too.

Lots of the teachers have asked if they can come with us! Make sure you return your slip from the letter by Friday 2nd May. All donations need to be in as soon as possible.

I can’t wait to go - its going to be a great day.

Manchester Dig

In September we went to Wythenshawe Park and took part in the Manchester Dig project.

We unearthed a few finds and some of us were champion clinker finders!

Can you find out what clinker is?

Have a look at some of our photo’s to see what we were doing.

Welcome to our first post. We hope you enjoy seeing our blog evolve over the next few weeks. This term we are looking at the rainforests, we are going to make a role play area in the classroom to let us experience some of the sounds and sights we could see and hear.

We are hoping to visit The Blue Planet Aquarium or The World Museum in Liverpool later in the term.

What do you know about the rainforest? What would you like to learn?
